Barbecue Sriracha Steaks

BARBECUE SRIRACHA STEAKS 


INGREDIENTS:
~ 6 Eye of Round Steaks, fat removed ~
~ garlic powder ~
~ ground black pepper ~
~ salt ~
~ 1 drop Jack Daniels BBQ Sauce ~
~ 1 drop SRIRACHA Chili Sauce ~
~ 1/2 small onion, sliced ~
~ vegetable ~


DIRECTIONS:
1. Season the steaks with garlic powder, salt and pepper and pat down on both sides.

2. Add a drop of BBQ sauce and Chili sauce on each steak and rub into the meat everywhere. Lay out the steaks in a bowl, layering the steaks and onions. Marinate 3 hours.


3. Discard onions. Heat vegetable oil at medium heat in a skillet. Cook steaks covered for 5 minutes, flip and cook 3 minutes.

Ground Turkey Patties

GROUND TURKEY PATTIES

INGREDIENTS:
~ 20oz ground turkey ~
~ 1 egg ~
~ 1/2 tsp garlic powder ~
~ 1/4 c Ranch ~ 
~ 1/4 tsp  pepper ~
~ 1 tsp salt ~
~ 1 small onion, finely chopped ~
~ 2 tbsp fresh dill weed, chopped ~
~ 2 handfuls Kellog's Corn Flakes ~
~ vegetable oil ~


DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine all ingredients together except the corn flakes. Mix well with your hands.

2. Add the corn flakes and for small patties.

3. Heat a little vegetable oil at medium heat in a skillet and cook covered 4 minutes, flip and cook 2 minutes.

Garlic Butter Asparagus

GARLIC BUTTER ASPARAGUS


INGREDIENTS:
~ 3 tbsp butter ~
~ 1 pkg asparagus ~
~ 1 tbsp lemon juice ~
~ 2 garlic cloves, minced ~
~ 1/4 tsp salt ~
~ 1/4 tsp ground black pepper ~


DIRECTIONS:
1. Melt butter at medium heat and add the asparagus. Cook covered for 7 minutes. 

2. Add the lemon juice and garlic. Cook 3 minutes.

3. Season with salt and pepper and cook 2 minutes.

Russian Clear Soup (Ukha)

RUSSIAN CLEAR SOUP (UKHA)


INGREDIENTS:
~ 4 tilapia fillets ~
~ 1 small onion, cleaned ~
~ 1 large carrot, cut into 4-6 sections ~
~ salt to taste ~
~ ground black pepper, to taste ~
~ 2 large russet potatoes, diced ~


DIRECTIONS:
1. Boil water at medium heat in a 2 qt. pot. Add the fillets, onion, carrots and salt. Bring to a boil.

2. Carefully remove the tilapia and set aside. Add the potatoes to the pot. Cook until slightly tender.

3. Break apart the tilapia into various size pieces, fairly small, and add to the pot. Season with pepper. Cook 2 minutes. 

Garnish with chopped shallots or minced parsley and ENJOY!!!

Cucumber Salad

CUCUMBER SALAD


INGREDIENTS:
~ 2 small cucumbers, cut in 1/2 and sliced ~
~ 3 shallot onions, chopped ~
~ 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper ~
~ 1/4 tsp freshly ground salt ~
~ 1 tbsp olive oil ~


DIRECTIONS:
1. Put the cut cucumbers into a bowl.

2. Add the shallots.

3. Season with salt, pepper and olive oil. Mix well.

Pork Plov

PORK PLOV


INGREDIENTS:
~ 3 c white rice ~
~ 1 lb boneless pork stew meat, cut smaller & fat removed ~
~ 1 small onion, chopped ~
~ 1 medium carrot, grated ~
~ vegetable oil ~
~ salt, to taste ~
~ 1/4 tsp ground black pepper ~
~ 1/2 tsp dried oregano ~


DIRECTIONS:
1. Cook the rice in a rice cooker with salt to taste and set aside when cooked. 

2. Heat a little vegetable oil in a large pot at medium heat. Cook the pork covered for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. 

3. Add the onion and cook uncovered for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Mix in the carrots and salt to taste and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 

5. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Add the rice into the pot. Add the pepper and oregano and mix in well. Cover with foil and cook in the oven 20 minutes.

Hope's Homemade Chili

HOPE'S HOMEMADE CHILI


INGREDIENTS:
~ 3 medium tomatoes ~
~ 1 large green bell pepper, chopped ~
~ 1 medium carrot, grated ~
~ 1 medium onion, chopped ~
~ 2 garlic cloves, minced ~
~ 1 lb ground chunk ~
~ 1 15.25 oz can black beans ~
~ 1 tbsp lemon juice ~
1/4 tsp SRIRACHA Chili Sauce ~
~ 1 tbsp salt ~
~ 1 tbsp ground black pepper ~
~ 1/4 tsp chili powder ~
~ vegetable oil ~


DIRECTIONS:
1. Slightly cut an X on the top of the tomatoes. At medium-high heat, boil  the tomatoes for 14 minutes. Peel them and dice. Set aside.

2. Heat a little vegetable oil in a saucepan at medium heat. Add the bell peppers and cook covered 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.  

3. Stir in the carrots and cook 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. 

4. Add the onion and cook 4 minutes.

5. Mix in the garlic, lemon juice and chili sauce. Cook 9 minutes stirring occasionally. 

6. Add the tomatoes and cook covered 13 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set aside.

7. Heat a little vegetable oil in a skillet and cook the ground chunk approximately 5 minutes, until browned.

8. Pour in the black beans and cook covered 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. 

9. After 5 minutes, add the salt, pepper, and chili powder.

10. Pour in the contents from the saucepan, and mix well. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook covered 14 minutes, stirring occasionally.
