Baked Chicken & Potatoes

BAKED CHICKEN & POTATOES


INGREDIENTS:
~ 8 potatoes, peeled & cut ~
~ salt ~
~ 3 chicken breasts, cut in half ~
~ VEGETA ~
~ 1 green bell pepper, sliced ~ 
~ 2 small tomatoes, sliced ~ 
~ 2 handfuls shredded cheddar cheese ~
~ 4 shallot onions, chopped ~


DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Grease a 9x13 baking sheet.  Fill the baking sheet with potatoes and season with salt. Mix well to make sure the salt is dispersed well.

2. Season the chicken breasts on both sides with VEGETA and lay them out on top of the potatoes.

3. Top with the bell peppers. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.

4. Top with tomatoes.

5. Sprinkle with the shredded cheese.

6. Top with the shallots.

7. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
