GINGER ALE COCKTAIL
INGREDIENTS:
INGREDIENTS:
~ 2 c frozen raspberries or cherries ~
~ 4 mandarins, peeled and membranes removed ~
~ 2 cups ginger ale ~
~ 1/2 c cranberry juice ~
~ 4 tbsp apple juice ~
DIRECTIONS:
1. Put 1/2 of the mandarins into a blender with 1 cup of the frozen fruit and blend.
2. Add the two juices and blend very well.
3. If you like pulp then put the mixture to refrigerate until ready to serve. If you don't like the pulp, then drain the mixture and then refrigerate until ready to serve.
4. When the time has come to serve, pour the mixture into a punch bowl.
5. Add the remaining frozen fruit and mandarins.
6. Pour in the ginger ale.
Serve cold in champagne glasses and ENJOY!!!
