Mushroom Sauce

MUSHROOM SAUCE


INGREDIENTS:
~ 2.5 tbsp butter ~
~ 8oz pkg cut mushrooms ~
~ 2 tbsp flour ~ 
~ 2 c milk ~ 
~ 1/4 c ranch ~
~ 1 tbsp lemon juice ~ 
~ 14 tsp garlic powder ~
~ salt ~ 
~ ground black pepper ~


DIRECTIONS: 
1. Heat butter in a skillet at medium-low heat. Add the mushrooms and cook 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. 

2. Add the flour 1 tbsp at a time, mixing well in between.

3. Pour in the milk and mix in well, cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent the milk from burning. Add in the ranch and mix well with a wooden spoon. Cook for 4 minutes and turn the heat to low.

4. Add the lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
