Mushroom Salad

MUSHROOM SALAD

INGREDIENTS:
~ 1 - 8oz pkg mushrooms, whole ~
~ 2 tbsp lemon juice ~
~ 2 tsp garlic, minced ~
~ salt ~
~ olive oil ~
~ parsley, minced ~


DIRECTIONS:
1. Slice the mushrooms as thin as you can and boil for 2 minutes, drain.

2. Heat some olive oil in a skillet and cook the mushrooms and garlic for 5 minutes, stirring.

3. Add salt to taste and mix.

4. Combine the parsley and mushrooms in a bowl.

Serve chilled and ENJOY!!!
