Egg Wrap

EGG WRAP



INGREDIENTS:
~ vegetable oil ~
~salt ~
~ ground black pepper ~
~ garlic powder (optional) ~
~ 3 eggs ~
~ cheddar cheese, shredded ~
~ some leftover rice ~ 
~ ketchup, optional ~


DIRECTIONS:
1. Heat some vegetable oil in a skillet at medium heat. Whisk the eggs with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

2. Pour into the skillet and cook covered 2 minutes.

3. Add some cheese in the middle of the omelet. 

4. Place some rice over the cheese.

5. Fold over the sides of the omelet covering the rice.
