Wieners & Tomato Scrambled Eggs

WIENERS & TOMATO SCRAMBLED EGGS


INGREDIENTS:
~ vegetable oil ~
~ 2 chicken, turnkey & pork wieners, cut ~
~ 1 small tomato, diced ~
~ 2 shallot onions, chopped ~
~ 2 eggs ~
~ salt ~
~ ground black pepper ~
~ garlic powder ~


DIRECTIONS:
1. Heat a little vegetable oil in a skillet at medium heat and add the wieners. Cook for 1 minute, until slightly browned. 

2. Add the tomatoes and saute for 3 minutes.

3. Stir in the shallots for 1 minute.

4. Crack in the eggs.

5. Add a dash of garlic powder and pepper, and salt to taste. Scramble the contents until desired consistency.
